Here is a project I’ve been working on that has been a bit more trouble than I expected... we’re updating all the trim in our home, so I thought it was time paint the window casings!! . We are fortunate to have older, but nice #andersonwindows . However, they’ve suffered water damage and other types of damage over the years. . I had to use two coats of primer followed by a coat of paint. Then I lightly sanded and applied a second quote of paint. . It still doesn’t look nice up close, but from far away it ain’t too shabby. The white paint makes the windows seem bigger and brighter! . There are at least two windows/casings we really need to consider replacing by the end of the year.
