trying not to interact with your source is really hard. i would love to get merch so i can feel more at home, but i can’t. and i completely understand why i can’t, i mean i’m a transguy and was a transguy in my canon. it sucks tho. also i’m sorry but it sucks that people say i was wrong for trying to stop grindelwald. just because grindelwald had positive motivations doesn’t mean he should be allowed to commit genocide.
one of the ways i connect to my sources is by watching my source, and i pirate it, but people say i shouldn’t even do that because i’m ‘telling people it’s ok to be transphobic’..even tho i’m consuming that media in private and not giving any way for the creator to profit. it’s all just confusing to me, to say the least.
