The new Windows 8 interface , looks like windows phone 7 on a Desktop. I personally can't see it scaling up so that you can use it effectively especially in business and development environments such as the one I spend most days using. It will be interesting to see where Microsoft take this especially considering the fact that they say in the article that accompanied the video that the OS has been redesigned form the chip to the interface.
