Need an attitude adjustment? #battleropes are just what the doctor ordered. Started with the inch and a half ropes from @onnitacademy @onnit with one end tied off. Started with hip to hip pulls with each arm and finished with some ballistic lunges transferring the rope from each hand overhead. Felt pretty vicious. But now I'm ready for some #steelmace and #kettlebell work downstairs. Attendance has been poor for the Monday morning classes, is there a time Monday that would work better for you group of savages?
