Aprovechando que cada día que pasa estamos volviendo a las calles y actividades normales. Teníamos atrasado este post de nuestra visita a uno de nuestro #TOP3 de lugares cerveceros en el país. Hablamos de @cchercules un increíble lugar para pasar unas tardes y noches mágicas con buena cerveza e increíble comida. Desde luego podrán encontrar cualquiera de sus cervezas en lata o barril, desde las ya famosas Super Lupe, Hombre Pajaro, Macanuda, etc. Hasta posiblemente con suerte, les toquen algunas experimentales o colaborativas que tengan el su tap. #Historia Cómo podrán ver en las fotos, el lugar es increíble, fundada en la espléndida ciudad de Santiago de Querétaro, está construida en lo que anteriormente fue una fábrica de textiles de gran tamaño. Esta fábrica fue uno de los primeros complejos industriales de la ciudad. En 2011 nacen con el proyecto de celebrar tradiciones cerveceras con productos de calidad, respetando el oficio cervecero y añadiendo esa pasión por la cerveza que los hizo arrancar. En el lugar la comida es deliciosa, dividido en dos tienes la parte del jardín y en la parte de atrás (por así decirle) el biergarden, una pequeña zona que por lo que nos platican, es de dónde vienen algunos de los vegetales y especias, ya que ahí mismo se cultivan varias cosas. Lo que pidan estamos seguros será de su agrado y esto se potencializa si hacen un correcto maridaje con una buena cheve, si no saben pueden preguntar al personal del lugar. La planta es increíble, si lo planean con tiempo, contactenlos y seguro podrán hacer un recorrido, han tenido un crecimiento muy bueno en el mercado mexicano, se debe precisamente a la mejora constante y a la dedicación que le ponen a cada unos de sus estilos. Tenemos la fortuna de conocer a Luis, Ale y Josh que siempre nos tratan increíble cuando vamos, al igual que todo su equipo. Parte 1....
