Full Moon Kinda Weekend! I don’t know about you guys but I’m feeling all the effects of this full moon! And it’s really a thing with me lol. Believe it if you want to. I used to laugh at people that claimed to feel things with moon cycles until I got sick. My best friend @mama_bear_les and I started comparing notes a few years ago. We both struggle with chronic pain and her living a few states away, the only thing we had in common at the moment was the pain and the moon. Being in the medical field for 20+ years influenced me to view this stuff as hocus pocus voodoo magic. But when faced with it personally, I cannot turn a blind eye. Not only does my pain get worse but I feel different. And so do millions of others! So what do I do now? I make the best of it! Use the moon to manifest your goals. Break out your crystals and claim what the universe has for you. Take your mind off how it makes you feel and manifest feelings of abundance and prosperity, joy and laughter. + h a l y b u r + o n + Robert E. Bush and William D. Halyburton, Jr., both Corpsmen, were awarded the Medal of Honor as a result of their heroic actions while assigned to 2/5. William David Halyburton Jr. (October 2, 1924 – May 10, 1945) was a United States Navy hospital corpsman who was killed in action during World War II while assigned to a Marine Corps rifle company. He was posthumously awarded the nation's highest military decoration for valor, the Medal of Honor, for heroic actions "above and beyond the call of duty" on May 10, 1945, during the Battle of Okinawa. On April 1, 1945, Halyburton landed with the 5th Marines on Okinawa. On May 10, 1945, Halyburton was serving with a Marine rifle company against the Japanese on Okinawa when they suffered numerous casualties after advancing into Awacha Draw. Exposed to enemy fire, he rushed to aid a fallen Marine the furthest away. Shielding the man with his own body while administering aid, Halyburton was mortally wounded. For this action, he was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor. Halyburton is buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Honolulu, Hawaii. Since 17 June, 1898, the men and women of the Hospital Corps have forged a legacy of valor and selflessness. Hospital Corpsman were once called Apothecaries. Join me in honoring these heroes. Apothecary will honor Hospital Corpsman who were awarded the Medal of Honor during World War II. The black represents the the black sands of Iwo Jima, the blood shed, and our sacrifices. The white represents hope and encouragement and ties together the two worlds of war and reality. The clear waters represent the freedom we fight for. America. As hope flows freely through it. This happened about a year ago on @instagram LIVE⚡️ It was a crazy idea I had to go on live with someone from across the world and pour! And P, which you guys know as @poojaavj , agreed!😋 When I saw that she listed this piece for sale, I had to purchase it! It commemorates a milestone in my art career 📈 I had no idea what I was doing. I was super nervous! I don’t even remember half of it, except her soothing voice. I will never forget that. You see, P not only writes sweetly, she also speaks nicely. It’s as if her heart was somehow plugged into her vocal cords. You would have to follow her to know what I mean. She’s a kind soul.📿 The kind I like to keep around to remind me that there are still good people in this world. Since no one guessed what I used to make this, I decided to show you👁‍🗨 @decoart makes these nifty applicators tips that you can screw right on to the tips of any of your @decoart paints and do one just like this! I got some REALLY COOL looking effects! I recommend playing around with these for Halloween and using their glow in the dark paints!😎 This concludes my RED series 📿. RED PHYSICALLY EFFECTS: the adrenal glands, kidneys, spinal column, back, hips, legs and feet. If your immune system is slow-moving, red will give it a kick-start.
