What old school dad doesn't appreciate a good defense? You know what they say "Defense wins championships" or if you prefer "Defense will help you survive your sub par quarterback play".
My early pre-season Fantasy Football Defense/ST 2014 rankings:
1. Seattle Seahawks
2. Denver Broncos
3. New England Patriots
4. San Francisco 49ers
5. Cincinnati Bengals
6. St. Louis Rams

Some key elements in my analysis and prediction for each team involve, last season's performance, free agent losses and acquisitions, off-season trades, injuries (including players coming back from injury), 2014 Draft, predicted stability at QB (throwing Pick Sixes doesn't help your defense) as well as having an overall capable offense so the defense isn't on the field the entire game.
