right after the junko virus makes itself shown in the system & overpowers monomi, togami takes over in front of the bank of monitors and begins frantically pounding away at the keys. not because he knows how to fix what's going on any more than any of the other five around him, but leaving such a disaster in the hands of 'those fools' wouldn't solve anything either.

he instructs alter ego to attack the virus on the back-end with everything they've got. as if they haven't been doing that from the start. but something's blocking their attacks, ae reports! it's like some kind of protective shield around the corrupted data!

togami pauses. his glasses catch a glint from the monitor, a glare so intense that nothing can be seen behind the lenses. his lips crease into a thin line.
