I can’t relate when people are like “why would Alby ever want to get involved with Niall again” because if someone I made out with one (1) time tried to horribly betray me out of a perverse twisted sense of familial duty but then upon laying eyes on me for the first time in years realized they physically couldn’t go through with it I would find that wildly romantic

niallby marriage of all time actually like wym they hadn’t seen each other for four years since the tragedy that broke their romance before it could even start and the first time they do is when niall is placed into a saw trap of a moral dilemma and he changes his mind at the very last minute to go up against his FAMILY and the very INSTITUTION that destroys gay men like them, to show alby that niall’s strength CAN be greater than his fear, that there’s a small part of him still worth saving, still capable of giving him another Radio Ga Ga

how can anyone in alby’s shoes see that and not at least TRY to salvage that aforementioned prematurely killed romance? at least then the lifelong facial scars could still mean something
