Catelyn brushed her hands after moving the box of supplies, but the dust seemed to cling to her as heavily as her exhaustion. She was not as young as she once was, and certainly not as young as a huge majority of the members of this camp, but she refused to allow that simple matter to hinder her. It would stop her no more than her grief; if she would do nothing, she might as well not be here at all. She took a breath and caught sight of one of the youngest members, a pretty young girl, but one she rarely saw. She was scribbling away with her head bowed, face seemingly filled with concentration.
“Are you okay?” Catelyn asked, about of Motherly habit more than anything else.
