Is their a game dump for Super Smash Bros 3DS somewhere? Because isnt smash bros 8x enycryption or something?

There is a rip, but it's not available publically. randomtbush had it sent to him from an anonymous source and he can't give out the files as they are. He can, however, give out converted files. Such as the models he supplied me.
