you said amnesty requests, eh? i don’t think i’ve seen a design for agent haynes/hanes/whatever out there yet, and i’m curious to see what you think he looks like.

i looked at the transcript and it’s agent hanes, i based his design slightly off his voice actor, hal lubin. here you go!!
