Actually I very much enjoyed the Concrete discourse. From what I've seen of your blog you seem to have balanced and rational opinions on things. :)

I’m not afraid to give my opinion when I think it matters, but ultimately Steven universe is supposed to be a light-hearted show even at its darkest moments. Using this blog to vent negativity instead of providing insight (and culinary inspiration) doesn’t make me even close to as bad as the criticals, but it wouldn’t be true or fair to the spirit of this series or this blog (or my followers naturally) if I allowed my podium to become a font of negativity.
So yeah, if something seriously wrong is going on and I have to speak up I will without question, but not every battle is worth fighting, and even fewer are worth fighting to the bitter end
