I just got an idea. What if after episode 9 when you got your weapon they could make like weapon specific mini-games. For the bow it could be like a shooting game, the sword you could have a fighting-style mini game, and for the hammer I dunno some sort of Whack the mole game? But like you can only play them once a day and they give you much more maana and if you wanted to play the other games you had to pay a little maana (like the basketball/gardening minigame's in My candy love).

That is a nice idea.I used to think about the reason for having a weapon beisde the in episode game. This sounds nice. I hope they do something like your ideas. I would have fun anyway.
