Your art trademark, in my opinion, is your variety in line weight and your truly masterful colour choices (depending on the drawing) <33 Everything you draw is so expressive and wonderful to look at!!
AWWWW THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! i always worry about my art looking really stiff (to be fair my poses are kind of very samey cause i dont react a lot in body movements like 75% of the time unless im feeling very expressive and energetic) so im glad that you find it so expressive!! and yeah!! hooray!!
my line weight has mostly come from looking at cartoons (like invader zim, transformers animated, rottmnt, and other western cartoons that i watch more,, i have watched more anime but not a lot when i was younger) and plus i try to remember how important contour lines are when i took observational drawing plus my drawing 1 teacher last semester basically hammered in refining my line work so that has been helpful. plus naturally i am a lot more heavy handed and worked in pen a lot which forces you to consider your lines.
and thanks on the colors!! I have been a lot more iffy on the colors ive been using recently so i mostly try to focus on value, split complementary color schemes, and whatever makes sense to me at the time! i do look at oil painters that take still lives and saturate their colors
