edugyan, lalami, usami, and walker 💕
oh darling nicki!! thank you, love!!
edugyan ⇢ which of your stories is the most personal to you? i think all of my stories are personal to me because i throw myself into all of my stories but starstruck and on the nature of living are incredibly personal stories to me. starstruck has been used as a source of therapy for me with yoongi's storyline and i have cried after writing a few chapters. otnol came to me when i really needed it and i think it's my attempt at releasing grief that i needed to release.
lalami ⇢ where do you draw inspiration from? everywhere - music, tv, my own life, books, fanfic, movies, art. i think music is the biggest source of inspiration.
usami ⇢ do you have any pet peeves related to writing? i have a lot of them but personally i hate getting in my own way. that's a fucking pet peeve lol
walker ⇢ quote one of your favorite lines you’ve written. i've been thinking a lot about on the nature of living so here is one of my favourite bits from it
He catches a glint of something in the corner of your eye as you watch the water lick at the bank and then a smile presses it’s lips to the corner of your mouth with a gentle kiss and he looks at the water to see if he can spot what you’re looking at, but he can’t see anything except the movement of gentle greens and blues. “What is it?” he asks, eyes still searching for whatever has made you smile like that. “There’s something there, it’s beautiful but I don’t know what it is.” He looks harder. “I can’t see it.” “No. Not yet.” The answer is so matter-of-fact that he’s not sure how to feel about it. He thinks about asking ‘when’ but there is a little voice somewhere deep in him that tells him not to. That he doesn’t want to know the answer. The same kind of feeling that he gets when he sees someone use tarot. He doesn’t want to know his future.
