Nicki’s Diapers Review

Nicki’s diapers is an economical brand with some super awesome prints.

I will start with my Nicki’s Diapers brand wetbag. It’s probably the most functional item from Nicki’s that I own. It’s sturdy and a great size, I hang it from my son’s closet doorknob and it holds two days worth of diapers. It contains smell really well! This was in use when I was taking pictures of their products that I own so it is not pictured.

These are the monster flannel cloth wipes. They’re very cheap, however, if I could go back in time I would not have bought them. When I washed them the first time, they fell apart like in the picture. For the price, I would have dealt with how flimsy they are given they help up through one wash. They aren’t soft at all, but they’re so cute. I wish I loved them!

This is a double gusseted cover from Nicki’s Diapers. It was my favorite cover at first functionality wise. I think it was the velcro. But I only use covers at night and I have four diaper covers that I rotate and I didn’t buy this one until my son was two months old. That means that this cover has been used very lightly in two months. The velcro is coming undone, and the tabs are curled which would make it very easy for baby to pull off. There are a lot of threads coming undone and the PUL is starting to crack. I don’t put covers in the dryer or wash on hot so there is no reason for that. On the plus side, this cover fits very well. The velcro strip doesn’t rub my on my littles tummy either. The double gussets have proven to be quite bulletproof. I’ve never had a leak with this cover.

I believe this print is called Ahoy. I LOVE this diaper. I’m not too crazy about the pocket being open on both ends just because I have to tuck the top one under the insert. The perks of both openings is that the insert ALWAYS agitates out in the wash. No unstuffing! This diaper is also relatively new and as the picture shows the threads are already coming undone.

Honestly, I’ve have China cheapies in my stash that were $3 that have held up better than the Nicki’s Diapers products I own. Unless they release a print that I fall in love with, I will not buy anything else from them.
