While cosplaying Yuri Sakazaki from King of Fighters, some random dude shouted at me: "Kick Terry Bogard’s ass for me!" First - this dude recognized my costume, yays!! Second - this comment just made me double-over laughing! Another one was a girl completely fan-girling over my Summoner Yuna cosplay.

Yo! How's it going? :D I was just wondering how I can make my StepMania program look prettier. I watched one of your livestreams not too long ago, and your StepMania looks different from mine. Did you download a skin or something? Keep up the great work, dude! :D

first off: thanks! i'll try my best to keep up the good work~

second, yes, i downloaded an external theme for stepmania!  i don't know which version you're running, but i'm using stepmania 5, with the Simply Love theme modified for use in sm5.  it has a huge level of extra functionality, with a bunch of specific speed modifiers, tons of information about the charts/scores, and the option to have quirky little score announcers after every song!

if you're interested in using this theme, here's where you can download it.  if you're running openitg or stepmania 3.95, you can download the original Simply Love theme here [also this link is actually a youtube link with a wealth of information on the theme]

there are tons of different skins you can use for stepmania!  i used to use cyberiastyle a lot, which is a lot flashier than what i'm using now, and you can check that out here
