it's been a while since i posted one of these 😭 #mybad but i've been lowkey thinking about making this a weekly thing rather than a daily thing because it's too much to keep up with. ANYWAY BACK TO THE MUSIC

i originally discovered nico play through tiktok, and he was promoting his new song at the time, la ciruela, a slow spanish love song. i really liked & decided to check out his other music, then discovered this song.

bluff really stands out from nic's discography. all his other songs sound like songs someone would be serenaded to, but bluff sounds like a song that would be playing in the background of a coming of age film. this bedroom r&b vibe he has in this track is a nice change of pace from his other music.
