watching nicoladale from her first ep and the way theyre introducing her is So fun she starts off just Sweet. sweet and nervous to meet bernice and a bit floaty, with a largely innocent lack of selfawareness, talking about the fancy holidays rodney always took her on right in front of bernice who he abandoned, gushing about her french boyfriend who Obviously doesnt care about her but who shes saying shes gonna marry (been together 6 weeks and he bought her ticket to england and begged her to go (go meet your sister!!) (he’s not answering her calls)), she just blew in in front of alan in the shop and emptied her bag on the counter to find her purse, all of her quintessential traits are there.. her complete self centring, her treatment of people as dolls, her bragging and boasting, her fantastical dreams and her steadfast belief in herself to achieve them, but it’s all completely innocent. she’s sweet!! i think you’re meant to just feel sorry for her, people in the village feel sorry for her.. they don’t know about the monster but it’s There
