Guess.who.is.home!?! My munchkin the NICU graduate FINALLY home today after 95 days. All praises to the Most High God for His miracles on Faith. We are so happy and ecstatic that she is home. I can't wait to see how God's miracle grows and unfolds for her! I know that God his taking care of her and she will be fine! Now I have to keep up with all those follow up appointments. As well as the sleepless nights and the all night feedings! I will post an updated picture of her at home tomorrow! Ya! Super excited! Thank you all for your help love prayers and support! This was too cute to pass up! Success she actually nursed on both sides this morning and was awake and alert! Praises to the Most High God for her progress! I think sometimes babies just catch on and in one day they just get it! So so so proud and happy for my blessing! I give all praises to the most High God for his blessings on Faith. Today she is 36 weeks and doing very well! I tried to nurse her again today and she will latch on but she will hold it in her mouth and fall asleep. It seems like she is too comfortable but maybe that is a good thing! Also as a treat daddy was here to see her! She loved that! She has had a few bottles already and did well with those but taking the breast is more work for her I was told. Nurses told me to keep trying and she will get it. I hope that by her getting bottles does not make her loose interest in nursing. Please pray that it all works out for both of us! Went to go see Faith today and I got to Kangaroo hold her today! She is getting bigger! I want to give all praises to the Most High God for His miracles on Faith! After her labs on Monday everything looks really good! The cyst that was on one side of her frontal lobe has shrunk according to the doctor and I pray that it goes away completely! Praise God for this wonderful news! Her breathing on bubble CPAP has improved and in a few days she will be coming off of it to where she can breath on her own or with a nozzle canula. I pray it all works out well! She has also moved to pod 3 where babies are more stable there. Please keep her in your prayers that this cyst goes away and her brain and eye develops normally! I'm soo excited for her to come home soon! ****UPDATE**** As of this morning on 10/1/2019...the results of her head ultrasound yesterday shows a cyst on her right temple that has grown a little bit and the doctor has told me that they are keeping a close eye on her for that issue. Doc has told me that he has seen babies with this issue of cyst and been ok but there have been some babies that are not. Please pray for her that this cyst goes away on its own and she has no problems in life! Please keep her in your prayers! Thank you!********* Please please please keep me and my baby Faith in your prayers! She is stable and getting better. This is all very new, scary, exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. Throughout her development she has been stable on breathing but she has had a few set backs. There was bleeding going on in her head and brain and that has stopped but now it's creating cysts in her brain and I pray that this clears up on its own. Please pray for Faith that she gets stronger day by day and that she graduates NICU strong and healthy with no problems! I know my God is able and that He has blessed me with her. I pray that she can come home soon and be with her family and not have to worry about any problems!
