Nigeria finishes the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris without winning any medals
The 2024 Summer Olympics came to an official close today, Sunday, after taking place in Paris on Friday, July 26. August 11 is the concluding day of sports competitions and the day of the Stade de France closing ceremony. Nigeria was nowhere to be seen among the victorious teams in the Olympic medal standings as of August 11th. The United States was in the lead. With its 40th gold medal, the United States of America topped the medal table. With the same amount of gold medals as the United States, China finished in second place.
