Night Ritual

I meditate on a cushion beside my bedside, holding a crystal in each hand. Taking a moment of stillness, I forge a connection between the crystals and my physical body. Then, I shift my focus to a clear intention: 'I intend to write down my thoughts upon waking.' As the thought evolves, I refine it to 'I intend to journal upon waking.'

During my meditation, my mind drifts to the realization that I haven't consistently journaled in the mornings. To address this, I show myself compassion for the times I've felt inadequate or missed a session. I accept these moments as lessons and redirect my focus to my original intention.

Upon finishing, I place the crystals next to my bed with a surge of gratitude and confidence.
