Tonight I let the street lights lead the way. I tuned out mentally, and switched on auto pilot for this easy paced 3 mile run.

If I was in my head tonight, there’s no way I would have kept running. Look at those lap consistencies- just goes to show what our bodies can and will do if we get out of our own way. (I know this distance is nothing crazy, but I haven’t ran more than 1.5 miles in months so I’m pretty proud of my legs right now).
