Horrible nightmares of past events, and nonsense. I don't think I'll get some good sleep today.....the flashbacks are being more common and more horrible......I deserve this mess...
its 2:30am and this is the latest ive stayed up for about a month or so. i tried so hard with my sleep pattern dammit
