NightBreeze writes itself; Breezepaw/pelt is the Clans' number 1 momma's boy.
You can take Crowfeather's characterization of her to be canon and run with that (manipulation/grooming angle where it's about forming an anti-Crowfeather bloc as it is about an actual relationship)
Nightcloud having the "you're so much like the cat I fell for" and Breezepelt having the "you're the only cat that cares for me" and the two of them getting involved in a mutually-unhealthy mess of a relationship
Nightcloud: "Fuck Crowfeather." Breezepelt: "Yeah, fuck Crowfeather." Both: "You know what would make him so mad?"
Make it CUTE! They spend a lot of time together because they're mutually sort of going through it, and it starts moving from mutually-comforting to romantic.
I think regardless of the setup it makes Crowfeather just fundamentally uncomfortable, and a bunch of the other WindClan cats love to tease him about the situation. NightBreeze & LeafJay double date is also a very funny idea: it also makes Crowfeather direly upset but it lets Leafpool and Nightcloud be besties!
