What do you think Freedom's personality would be like?
I see Freedom on her own as being a very driven, fiercely idealistic, and guarded person, properly embodying the concept of Freedom in the way any goddess would. However, in her statue embodiment, this personality of hers is much more volatile thanks to the duress she is under while being forced to co-inhabit the statue with the Crawfords. It's her captivity and her rejection of it--as well as grappling with the conflicting wills of Thomas and Nina--that lead to her being as unpredictable and violent as she is in the series.
