7 years ago today I cycled over 100km through the London night for @thestrokeassociation in honour of my grandmother. It was an epic ride through the throngs of drunkards spilling out of the pubs, bars and clubs (pre the dreaded C19 of course!) and out into the quieter less central parts as we rode into the early hours.
