It is. Google around a bit, some people never receive their orders, some people wait years, and sometimes only the threat of legal action results in anything. It’s bad. I’ve heard that the risk is a bit lower for their wooden dice, but I’d be too afraid to risk it for the price they charge.

You might look to see if they’re going to any local comic conventions near you. Buying in person eliminates the risk, which means you can still buy some if you want :) Alternatively, if you were looking into their crystal dice or their stone or metal dice, I can help you find an alternative vendor.
