It's a few weeks after the Tournament of Power, Tobias is sitting on a couch in the Biohazard's base, tapping his finger on the armrest.
He remembers every warrior he met and fought against, he has a photographic memory, after all...
He then remembered... a certain bug-eyed warrior he he had fought, he had been able to match his strength and prowess, and he could also camouflage, which piqued Tobias's attention.
He really wanted to meet him again, to talk, not to fight like last time.
Tobias would finally get the chance to, since his angel was letting one person visit someone from the other universes, to unite them more with eachother(Although the only G.O.Ds that did not like that idea were really just Beerus, Champa and Quileta, somewhat Rumsshi, but not really).
Tobias volunteered for this, in which is where he is now, in the 3rd Universe, every planet is made of mechanical material, which really makes it hard for Tobias, since he's used to natural things, not....metal.
Tobias found himself rather low on energy, stumbling through the bustling streets.
Tobias then found himself inside a building, being given heat and something akin to the sun, and water.
"Hello?..." Tobias questioned, not sure who brought him here, he'd then turn to see a familiar figure....was that..
Nigrisshi would turn to face Tobias, smiling a bit, his sharp teeth showing, he replied in that gravelly voice of his, "Ah, so you're awake, you're quite interesting, needing biological means to stay alive.."
"I'm guessing your kind have adapted to that absence?" Tobias would ponder, shifting a bit.
Nigrisshi would help Tobias up, "Precisely." The cyborg would then notice Tobias's superior height, "Good grief, you're tall." Tobias would chuckle, Tobias was a staggering 13'1, with his odd horns.
"So...do you remember me?" Tobias asked Nigrisshi, whom then gasped, "Wait...aren't you that guy from Universe 19?" Nigrisshi then touched Tobias's chest, making sure he was real, Tobias chuckled, "Yeah, that's me-"
"For hell's sake, glad I saved you" Nigrisshi would smile once again.
Tobias would then nod, very glad that he had saved him.
