What do you like about it? hmm, the past few days it's been sleep patterns by merchant ships. i don't really know how to explain what i like about it. in short, it's rather dark and depressing as hell and i like that sort of thing. 2. Would you rather be able to speak every language, even dead ones, with as much ease as you speak your native language or be able to teleport to any location instantly with no side effects? huh. this is a really tough one. but i'd say teleport...because i really like to travel. then again, it'd be hard to travel to a lot of places if i don't already know the language. 3. What do you think is the biggest current problem with the world? i'm not sure. there's a lot of big current problems, i'd say. what really fires me up though are all the things going on with abortion and just...general human rights, i suppose. 4. What is your favorite form of potato (keep in mind that are, like, ten million forms of potato. Mashed? Au gratin? Baked? Tater tots? Wedges? THE LIST IS ENDLESS) fuckin...tater tots. OR WEDGES. What was one of the best days you ever had? when i went to florida with my dad, stepmom and our family, one of the days we drove down to cape canaveral and spent the day at the kennedy space center. i was so happy all day. 6. Is there an activity or a feeling you wish you could experience more often? lately i just wish i could feel less anxious. this anxiety is getting so bad that i'm making myself so, so sick. i don't remember the last day i felt like i wasn't going to throw up, or other nasty sickness things i'd rather not say. 7. What’s something that either inspires you or overwhelms you with emotion? space, the universe in general. i don't know how anyone can say they aren't even the least bit interested in astronomy. and i don't mean pursuing a career in it, i don't expect many to be THAT gung-ho about it like i am, but i mean being fascinated by how vast this place is, everything that's in it, what we've learned, what we have yet to learn. i went out west and would be awake most of the night while dad was driving, just staring up at the sky out the window. i was twelve and i had never seen so many stars in my entire life. more recently, the first time i went to my town's little observatory, i was so overwhelmed (in a good way!!) by all that i saw -- through the telescope and with my own eyes -- that i cried. i could go on for hours. 8. What do you like to do when you’re feeling trapped or restless? listen to music, draw. 9. A piece of advice you’d like to give? if you find something you're passionate about, whether you're necessarily "good" at it or not, pursue it. go after it and put every fiber of your being into the effort. 10. Who’s your favorite character in any series of anything? ¿Y por qué? probably bullet, from AMC's the killing. she was played by bex taylor-klaus, who is one of the most amazing young actresses i have ever seen. bullet was this badass, fiesty little grunge/punk girl who didn't take anybody's shit. bex is also a fiesty badass who doesn't take anyone's shit and i have a big dumb crush on her and she's one of my heroes and i really look up to her a lot. questions for you! 1. when you need to escape from things, where do you go? what do you like to do? 2. what do you notice first in a potential significant other? what else do you look for?
