    Though she had obviously expected Zdzisław to not react well upon walking in on her, Vivian still proceeded to sweat drop when he went on to scream like that. Jeez, if seeing that already managed to traumatize him, something tells her he must have never read Euphoria; then again, it was probably for the best he didn't, because there were certain things in this world that honestly made people wish they didn't have eyes, with that visual novel being one of them.

    "D-Did you just call me a liar in your language?!" Vivian then finally gasps, for while she had no idea what he was even saying, it didn't really seem as if he bought her previous words. "And believe me, I only started watching it for the beautiful bishoujo girl with short, white hair! Truly, if it wasn't for my beloved Anna, I-I wouldn't have dared watch the source material she's from!" came her hastened insistence as she instinctively clutches the panties to her chest. "C-C'mon, Gigi... surely, you could relate to falling in love with a 2D character at first sight?"

It was a set-up, wasn’t it? When Lady Whitcombe had suggested she attend the lecture, she had surely meant that Nunnally should meet the lecturer as well.

“You’ve studied English literature, dear. You’d so enjoy it.”; she had said.

Well, she did study it, but largely because she had been expected to. No-one had ever troubled themselves with what she actually wanted; that, at least, remained her own knowledge.

All Nunnally wished to do was turn on her heel and leave, but that would achieve nothing. They would not leave her alone; neither here nor in New York. So perhaps the only sensible course was to take the bull by the horns?

She crossed the room towards him, her heels sounding far too loud against the wooden floor.

“That was, indeed, an impressive lecture.” – Nunnally said. It was a lie, at least in intent, for despite herself it had been good. Welkin Holton showed no sign of recognising her, and she could not decide whether that was deliberate or genuine – “I suppose I was fortunate to be here at all. Luckier still that Lady Whitcombe insisted I attend.”

“She appears to be rather fond of...your work.”

The remark was edged now, deliberately so. Perhaps it was unwise, but she found she no longer cared. If this was to be a performance, she would not be the one left exposed.

Who this hell was this guy…??

Kisumi grunted usually never getting flustered during a match. Generally he was known for staying calm and collected, a refreshing energy for his teammates. He usually kept up with words of encouragement, gentle gestures, a pat to the arm or shoulder, over all just a breath of fresh air.

However that wasn’t happening today. Instead Kisumi was breathing hot and heavy. He felt the beads of sweat pooling on his brow, he already was wearing a headband to keep back his unruly curls. His opponent wouldn’t give him a freaking break. Every time he managed to get his hands on the ball the asshole came by and just slack the ball as hard as he could out of his grasp. It was a shitty level of defense, like the guy lacked experience. A few times Kisumi played into it, thus managing to get a few fouls from it. The last of which he winked at the blonde just because the guy was pissing him off so badly.

Even when Kisumi thought he might get the upper hand and simply shoot 3-pointers over his head the guy of course had height on his side and was able to get a touch on the ball knocking it off course. Why couldn’t he have been an inch or two taller?! Kisumi currently was taking a water break as he lifted his jersey to dab the sweat off his face. He was usually quiet as his mind was starting to race to formulate a plan how to annihilate this blonde menace. 

“Who the fuck does he think he is..” he muttered under his breath still seething as he crushed his water bottle in his fist.

The small shop was rather quiet. After all, buying antiques just wasn't that exciting for most but the people who knew to find this little place would often find something they'd consider a treasure. When the little bell on the door rang, he would come out of the back and take his place behind the counter.

"Welcome to Wayward Antiques. Feel free to look around, if you are looking for something specific, please let me know." His older brother would travel the world, explore the most unique locations in search for antiques that they could once more sell. Therefore they had plenty of incredible finds that you would see nowhere else. With that in mind, you might just find the treasure you were always hoping to find in their little shop.

   “I haven’t heard it before but- it’s nice...” It made the grueling process of cooking a little more bearable. On the table, there were two portions of rice, fish and mapo tofu, one of which looked like it would sear the tongue of anyone who took a bite out of it.

“S-Seikin...?!” Masaomi always jumped backwards as he opened the doorway to his small apartment. Never did the teacher ever saw his place, or visited, or mentioned coming by. From all their talks, Masaomi never mentioned his address... but then again, it was he who hired him; he knew his address through his curriculum vitae; did he check on that, or did he just forget one of their talk? “W-what are you doing here...”

The blond rubbed the side of his arm. Somehow... he always saw Seikin at school. To see him out of a “professional” (or more like sexual) setting, right into his private life... it startled him.

“Did I... forget something at school the last time I came?”
