Nuriiel, Returned Angel
Despite the best efforts of Alexandria, Grii, Ziifa, Malmatiir and Rhiin, Mé and her followers successfully complete their ritual, reviving the angel Nuriiel (formerly known as Niirra, Cirn's old ruler) by possessing Urelii with her essence. Now left only with one, unfortunate option, the group attempt to kill Urelii, only to be stopped by Rhiin, who can't put away his personal feelings for the greater good. After ruining the plans of his new friends, Rhiin escapes into the Blind Eternities with Nuriiel, eluding them and exposing the multiverse to the newly revived angel's tyranny.
Refusing to back down from protecting Urelii, despite being possessed, Rhiin now serves Nuriiel, who uses his feelings for the girl's body she inhabits to her full advantage.

Nearly three years after her conceptualization, she continues to be an ever-looming antagonistic force as far as my fanwalker characters are concerned.

The former, tyrannical ruler of the people of Cirn. Niirra was revealed to be an angel in disguise- a creature on Cirn hellbent on eradicating all mortal life on the plane- and later killed by planeswalkers Alexandria and Lalia. Despite her death, and despite her cruelty she openly displayed while she was alive, a small cult has started to form in her memory, openly embracing her true, angelic nature. They are currently seeking any possible methods to bring her back to life, so that she may finish her heavenly duty.
