Spooky characters for spooky season part 4: Nuriiel. Angels aren't exactly a "spooky" race, but Nuriiel certainly is. Cold, cruel and hungry for power, Nuriiel intends on cleansing all she sees as unfit. After forcefully possessing the body of a planeswalker, the filth of the Multiverse is hers to make pure.
Nuriiel, Returned Angel
Despite the best efforts of Alexandria, Grii, Ziifa, Malmatiir and Rhiin, Mé and her followers successfully complete their ritual, reviving the angel Nuriiel (formerly known as Niirra, Cirn's old ruler) by possessing Urelii with her essence. Now left only with one, unfortunate option, the group attempt to kill Urelii, only to be stopped by Rhiin, who can't put away his personal feelings for the greater good. After ruining the plans of his new friends, Rhiin escapes into the Blind Eternities with Nuriiel, eluding them and exposing the multiverse to the newly revived angel's tyranny.
Refusing to back down from protecting Urelii, despite being possessed, Rhiin now serves Nuriiel, who uses his feelings for the girl's body she inhabits to her full advantage.

Rhiin and Urelii are planeswalkers who share a spark, from the mysterious plane of Cirn. They share a bond, both in having survived horrible torture at the hands of Cirn's former power-hungry, corrupt monarch, as well as a blossoming romantic one. Despite their clashing personalities, the two of them have forged a relationship through time and through trials that have brought them closer together.
