have you seen princess tutu yet? i just finished it this summer and it’s literally my favorite magical girl anime now. it’s so heartbreaking tho. but it’s so well-written. T___T

nope, I haven't watched any anime in a really long time because I'm terrible at keeping up with things haha so I was too lazy. but it's summer now so i should have a lot of time and I'll definitely give it a shot!

once upon a time there was a princess named victoria who did not want to marry any of her suitors. instead, she had her eye on a beautiful farmhand who worked in the palace stables. the farmhand's name was niji and she often helped victoria sneak out at night so she could ride her horse in peace. during a picnic one day when niji was playing with victoria's hair, victoria discovered that niji was very talented at beauty things and promoted her to cute stylist meimei. they would sit in victoria's room for hours and give each other makeovers and they became closer and closer every day. one day, while niji was painting victoria's nails, victoria suddenly said, "let's run away together. i don't want to marry any of those smelly men." niji said "ok" and grabbed her bear and they ran off into the sunset to explore foreign lands and eat lots of food and spoon under the stars.

I stood in line forever for one and then had to eat it in a rush while rushing to an appointment my stomach regrets it T__T
