Today’s bake: organic whole grain sourdough. I did my patient, long winded recipe but must say it was worth the wait! I allowed it to rise twice, which made a difference! This sourdough was (already finished by hubby and daughter) amazing! I added a little coconut nectar which gave it a slight sweetness. My daughter insisted that I made more, so I left the sponge out to double for tomorrow...I’ll try and bake this beauty more regularly, rather than buying from the bakery! #diymama #sourdoughbread #ancientgrainsbread #nikaskitchenexperiments
