I found a solution for the fact Nik is simply too young to be the leader of Havoc Squad.

He will be replaced! Assigning him was more of a rash action because there was no one else available at that moment. Well, at some moment there will be. I guess Jorgan will be pissed. Not sure yet how Nik will take it. He doesn’t have an exaggerated opinion of himself, and he knows he’s got a lot to learn. But the appointment of the squad’s XO will be even more interesting with three possible candidates.
