Um, smiling and being happy does not mean you are grumpy. I am not sure what you mean here because if someone is grumpy...

I just meant that he's always grumpy and takes pleasure when someone else is miserable. Dorian's miserable in his living situation? hah! (and he's not really happy, he's more smug, maybe I should have said that instead)

I doubt it too and it makes me sad :'((( I'm used to just wishing and never really being represented in television (with "Thirteen" from House MD being a rare exception). Characters are either het or sometimes gay, but they're never bi. Bisexuality confuses people. I'm bi myself and I came out more than ten years ago, and my family and some friends still fail to grasp it, even though they try to be understanding. They have a "either gay or straight" way of thinking, and they can't really wrap their head around the idea that someone might be attracted to both genders. I've been to parties where I heard people talk about me and that I "switched back to being straight again", just because I had broken up with my GF and was flirting with a man now. Somebody stupid even warned the guy and told him he shouldn't let me trick him because I was "actually lesbian and probably just having him on". It can be really annoying. So I think it would be important to have more diversity in the media (esp. on film & TV) regarding sexual orientations and sexual identity. People are very ignorant, or at least uncomprehending.

Uhm, back to Almost Human. I guess (sadly) that the scene really doesn't hint at something like that in earnest, no matter how hard I wish. And it's actually only John's confusion about the missing genitalia that makes him stare and stutter. BUMMER. *sniff* Well I'll just keep it as my headcanon for now, that he was "just looking!" for an additional reason. (And that reason being this MX looking like one of those models from the firefighter calendars lol.) I'd love a bisexual Kennex and I think he could pull it off in a believable way, but I'm pretty sure that won't happen, yeah :/ At least God gave us fanfic. *sigh*
