Basada en la novela de #nikoskazantzakis y guión del legendario #paulshrader y dirigida por #martinscorsese . A pesar que desde el inicio deja claro que no está basada en las santas escrituras, la iglesia trato todo lo posible por prohibirla. Una copia llegó a RD y un grupo selecto la pudimos ver. A nadie le gustó y el alboroto nadie entendió de que se trataba. Al final Lopez Rodriguez logró prohibirla pero las copias piratas se regaron por toda la isla y hasta en la puerta de La Sirena de la mella la vendían.
