On this Womens Equality Day, allow #NinaNoo+I to remind you: the Equal Rights Amendment (#ERA) proposes a guarantee of equal legal rights for all American citizens regardless of sex. It is created to abolish legal distinctions between men and women in terms of property, employment, divorce and other matters. It was INTRODUCED INTO CONGRESS in 1923. And it has YET TO BE RATIFIED NATIONWIDE. The @ERACoalition is working hard to make this finally happen. Proceeds from the sale of this @MichaelStarsInc Tee go toward this fight. Ever witnessed the expression on an 8 year old’s face at the first surge of a superstar’s voice as she flies overhead on wires? At the first sight of an army exquisitely executing modern dance moves? At the first explosion of stage pyrotechnics or a confetti canon or any number of #OTT scenes at a concert? Thanks to #NinaNoo’s #fairygodmother @KathyJeung, a longtime pal and makeupartist to @Pink, I got a seat to the best show on earth tonight: watching my kiddo experience her first-ever #concert. Auntie Kathy generously extended the #VIP treatment tonight to Nina, her #godfather @MichaelSchmidt (who has also created costumes for #Pink, and had just left a fitting for #KatyPerry before the show) and yours truly, from the incredible tickets to the intimate VIP post-meet up where the kid got to meet the #popstar, who couldn’t have been lovelier as she immediately got down on a knee to hug and talk to Nina. Sure, it's a school night, and we snuck into home after #midnight so as to not wake daddy (he did).
