i get so anxious when someone behaves passive agressive, or even if i behave passive agressive. I don't like it and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. i guess it comes from that i'm honestly so fucking insecure and just uncertain. thats something that i've developed with age i suppose and i'm not sure how to combat it for the sake of my own health. i'll be honest it's really annoying that i can't let things go sometimes and the affect peoples words have on me. i already am emotionally exhausted and it just makes me more exhaused when i have to struggle with my inner thoughts and demons.

but i guess thats life.
