Seeing as though it is pride month, I am going to be discussing ranting about why I love Geo and how Cole and Geo’s compatibility it indeed a great match:

Note this is from what I know of him in Season 1 of DR (I’m gonna try and wait till it gets closer to the second half of season 2 part 2 release date just cos-)

And I think it also becomes a rant of my own little headcanon of Geo’s character.

- He’s so softly spoken and willing to help his friends out

- a lil cinnamon roll

- JUST BECAUSE HE’S HALF GECKLE AND HALF MUNCE DOESN’T MAKE HIM EVIL OR SCARY GUYS COME ON

- The whole thing of Geo being treated poorly because of him being half Geckle and half Munce is so so devastating and the fact that he had been treated like an outcast from his own people is heartbreaking. And so the fandom should not treat him like an outcast.

- Geo doesn’t demand anything from anyone… he does what he can in order to make people happy (ngl bro be a bit of a people pleaser)

- He was genuinely terrified that Cole wouldn’t like him if he told him the truth. This probably also being a fear of abandonment or being disliked. Or maybe not wanting to disappoint the people he cares about (sound familiar?)

Geo has very compassionate and caring traits and this being something Cole very much lacked after his mother died (especially with a father that only cared about his opera singing squad). Cole on the other hand has this need to protect and not disappoint, being the strong one and wanting nothing else but to not disappoint others (this being unpacked during the Ice Chapter). And with Geo’s personality of being so understanding and patient I find that to be a great balance between the two; Geo being very introverted but willing to step out of his comfort zone and be patient in comparison to Cole being quite extroverted but willing to take a step back and regroup for the benefit of others.

Anyways this kinda leads a lot into my own assumptions of Geo’s personality from what I’ve seen and sensed from the screen time he’s had in Season 1. I immediately adored him and his character and cannot wait to see him more.
