Don't you ever wonder how Jay was able to host a game show in season 4 since he was like 16? well I feel like Cliff had something to do with it
( the writers of ninjago said that jay was 17 in season 7 so im guessing he was like 16)
*jay in an argument with secretary because they wont let him in*

Secretary: I'm sorry kid but your just to young
jay: but please just give me a chance
secretary: just get out of here, come back in 5 years
*the secretary walks away to another room, Cliff Gordon is siting in a chair waiting*
Cliff: what took you so long? the show starts in 5 minutes!
secretary: I'm so sorry sir its just their was some kid here, I think it was the lighting ninja or something-
Cliff: THE LIGHTING NINJA?
secretary: umm.. yah
Cliff: what did he want?
secretary: he wants to host your new game show, but he looks 15 or something
Cliff: let him host it
secretary: but sir
Cliff: now
secretary: yes sir
*the secretary walks away and Cliff watches the secretary talk to Jay and smiles
Cliff: I'm so proud of you son.
