The art is related to the Possession season ( so not present day )
I decided to jump on the apple trend, but in my own way. Baically the apple represents the Worthyness of the Green Ninja Destiny. Idk how to word it but yeah Lloyd's side is a rather healthy apple, while Morro's is the one beginning to rot, it's mostly rotten actually.
Background is split in 2, Lloyd's side is Golden, as light is with him and you can see the traces of colours of the 4 Ninja who's powers are connected to Lloyd's ( Red is Kai, Almost white is Zane, Blue is Jay, Orange is Cole ) While Morro's side is well tempted by Preeminent.
I am not a good artist, so the expressions aren't really well done, however Lloyd's face, his eyes, express fear and confusion, he never wanted this title anyways, but now he realizes, he must have it, because everybody counts on him and he's changed, he isn't a wanna be his evil dad. Morro's expression is rather psychotic and confident.
i originally painted thej in their original colours, but I wanted them to seem as if they are part of the apple so I played with blending modes and painted over with the colours of the apple
