Idk exactly when i just know he does sometimes, anyway considering that one other post about the meaning of the song, do you think smallfry got lost bc he listened to the song and then sticked arpund bc bangers? In regards to little buddy, the fact they do sing it means they have heard the song before... The song is known to have an effect on people, so it could very well be a possibility! I love thinking up possibilities in regards to how smallfry and the player met
