Jupiter Lights by Nir Meiri

Thevery innovativ designer Nir Meiri has come up with a new series of lamps, called Jupiter. A minimalistic series of spot lights that beautifully emphazise the warm  combination black, brass and copper.

Mycelium Lights by Nir Meiri in collaboration with Biohm,

The shades for each of the minimal table lamps is made from mycelium – the vegetative part of a fungus – while more conventional metal forms the stand and base.

Each lamp is illuminated from below by a separate light source, which projects onto the mycelium shade to create a soft, natural glow.

SeaSalts lamp by Nir Meiri Design Studio

The latest result, of the ongoing exploration of natural materials by the London based Israeli designer Nir Meiri is the SeaSalts lamp. It is a combination of salt and resin, profiting from the unique crystallizing character of salt. The result is a lampshade, that is used for a pendant and a table lamp, that is emitting a warm ambient light.
