On the way back to Burma overland. Dusk from the deck of the #NitaRaft hotel which floats on the river #Kwai in #Kachanaburi, Thailand. Private rooms with bath only $10. Its like living on a houseboat - the whole room rocks when there are waves. Apparently the #border is only a 2 hr minibus ride away. Just hope I can make it on to #Dawei, the nearest town in Myanmar. Transport operates rather differently than it does in Thailand and it's uncertain if buses in #Myanmar will run during #waterFestival.
