Winter 2024 Monster Rancher & Misc. Merch Pre-orders!!

I'm doing this batch a little differently from usual! Normally I just order a batch and sell it once it's in stock, but this time around I'm trying to earn enough to either go visit or financially assist my parents in Texas! My dad can no longer work because of his battle with cancer, and my mom retired from her teaching career last year, so they have no income right now to speak of and they're struggling. At the very least I can get them some grocery/gas/medicine money to cover them for a month, especially while my dad is currently in the hospital.

The background colors on the clear charms and Stonewall Standees will be transparent, so they will appear lighter than shown here!

The heart buttons have a bleed area that will be folded back behind the outer edges! (it's basically the size of the rainbow border on the Kruger design.)

The magnets are decently strong, about as much as a 2.5" magnet can be. I have one of a previous design and it's held up a takeout brochure for months now without issue.

If there is any artwork of mine you'd like to get as a clear charm or magnet that you don't see listed, feel free to ask! I am able to add more designs for there products at no additional cost.

Yes, yes.... these one game appearance breeds are much more pleasant to be combing over than some of the long standing franchise favorites that just go for ever...

NITON[ナイトン] seemingly taken from "ammonite"

ARABIA(N) NITON[アラビアナイトン] I assume it was meant as a play on 1001 Arabian Nights. I like how they totally broke model and just gave it the whole Bajarl pot instead of a shell.

KNIGHT NITON[ナイトナイトン] Another silly pun as the japanese phonetics for Knight[ナイト] and Nito[ナイト] are identical. So it reads like Nit-Niton or Knight-Knighton.

METAL SHELL[メタルシェル] straight forward enough

TORA-GAI[トラガイ] Japanese for tora[虎]: "tiger" and gai[貝]: "Shellfish"

SUKASHI-GAI[スカシガイ] is the Japanese name for the binomial family Fissurellidae, which includes a variety of sea snails. the sukasu[透] means "transparent" and gai[貝] is again the word for "shellfish"

AMMON[アンモン] the other half of "ammonite", i think it was clever to make it the fossil remains

BAUMKUCHEN[バウムクーヘン] named after the style of German pastry lit. "tree cake" for the many layers evoking the rings of a tree cross section. The Niton/Mock owever is just actual wood. Baumkuchen is also particularly popular in Japan.

Then we get this funky little set of Disc monsters salvaged from MR1.

DISC-NITON[ディスクナイトン] is obviously the replacement for the purebred Disc.

DRIBBLER[ドリブラー] replaces V-GOAL[ヴィゴール] which named after V GOAL SOCCER'96, another game by Tecmo, and is part of kind of a running thing with different /??? monsters referencing Tecmongames, usually sports ones.

RADIAL[ラジアル] is still named Radial

oh wait I somehow missed TIREN[タイヤン] that's "TA-I-YA-N" but it's just the phonetics for TIRE with an N' on the end.

oh and I didn't realize before but the MR1&2 DX added a bonus DISC type monster,

DISCALMER[ディスカーマー] I'm not clear on this one... It's been localized as Diskarma but that strikes me as incorrect. For one it's not how the Japanese word write Karma; the write it ka-ru-ma[カルマ]. But other than that I feel like something has to make more sense of the red color and the star pattern. by itself the KAAMAA/KERMER[カーマー] bit can definitely read as "CALMER" but I don't see the meaning there related to the design. (I feel like there's something I'm missing. I feel like I know that design from something but I can't put my finger on what... For a moment I thought I remembered it being the yoyo from Sukeban Deka, but that's not right...)
