1. Who is someone you met in the past year who has had a big impact on your life?

Well, I know I'm not particularly close with either of these people, but I'm seriously so in awe of them... That would be Jackie (joyfuljack-a-lackie) and Linda (oliviatlantis). So yeah :)

2. What is the most offensive compliment you’ve ever received?

Probably when my grandma told me that I was only convincing everyone of my sexuality because I haven't found guys that can appreciate my beauty yet. Thanks, grandma, but I'm pretty sure about my sexuality. 

3. What is the funniest insult you’ve ever received?

A friend walked up to me and said, "Hey -- short, pale, and obnoxious!" instead of "tall, dark, and handsome." 

4. What or who do you think of when you smell cinnamon?

The candle that's in our kitchen. 

5. Describe yourself in two words.

Anxious, awkward.

6. What’s a weird word that you use a lot?

I don't know about a weird word, but I say terrible all the time. I've actually developed an accent when I say it so it sounds more like "tah-rah-bull".

7. Tell me about your best friend.

My best friend is super duper amazing and you should follow her (thenitisnotheend). I know sometimes I'm way, way too nervous to tell her a lot, but any time I need her she's always right there. She's super sweet, smart, and perfect. I could go on forever so I'll stop there. 

8. What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in the past month?

It doesn't matter what people think of you or your interests. You have to be you. Don't let other people take your identity away by putting you down, because they're not worth your time. 

9. Who is the last person to whom you said “I love you?”

My dad. 

10. What’s your favorite word?

Guava. It was my dog's name when 

11. What do you like to eat when you’re sick?

Nothing, but I like to eat ice chips.

14. Who else’s name besides your own would catch your ear?

Rose, because that's my French name. But also AJ, Paget, and Mariska because I like finding people who like them. 

15. What’s a choice you have made in the last year that changed your life?

Probably the choice to pursue my interests, despite people telling me I'm a freak, I'm weird, it's unhealthy, etc. 

16. What show/character/author gives you the most feels?

Criminal Minds and Law and Order: SVU. Also Barry Lyga. 

17. Have you ever given a special someone a valentine since getting into high school?

Not exactly a valentine but I did ask someone to our school dance in February.

18. What’s your own favorite feature?

This is weird, but I actually like my hands despite the destroyed nails and cuticles. 

19. What would you change about your handwriting if anything?

Everything. I hate my handwriting. 

20. What was the last book scene you read that made you cry?

Almost every scene in The Fault in Our Stars. 

21. Is there someone in your life right now who you love/hate? Tell more?

Yes, there are a lot of people. One is my friend who I really, really want in my life but she consistently chooses to ignore me, which stings. But she's one of those people I care about so much that I refuse to give up on our friendship. 

22. What makes you most excited about the future?

Getting out of Kansas and back home!
