what is your headcanon for chance's eyes?
For those who guessed in the post of my headcanon for Chance’s prosthetic limbs, if you guessed eyes then you are partially correct! Cookies for you.
As for my headcanon for his eyes. His right eye is fully intact, but his left eye is gone. Usually when resting, he prefers to not slot in any for the time being. It just feels more comfortable but a bit risky when someone accidentally sees without a warning. Elliot has seen too many horrors from them. They have three types of eyeballs to change into anytime he’d like. One that matches his other eye, an inverted one(usually considered as the common/“normal” look), and his combat eye which he uses in rounds for aiming.
Their first and second eyeball lets them see normally, although his aim eyeball works differently. As does his healthy right eye, he didn’t actually get to see what the world really looked like until they got the replacement eyeballs. Chance won’t say how it looks but it sure is helpful to them in poker and rounds.
He does daily cleaning on the eyeballs, alongside his gun. They aren’t fond of getting itty bits stuck within their eye socket. Their past experiences have taught them a lesson they’d rather not learn again.
And one day, Builderman will dismantle him like a machine.

Little fun headcanon: He has played dead before in front of Chance once. Lucky ITrapped, he had the censor box on so Chance couldn’t have seen his “Play dead” face…
